Unanswered Questions (1)

Does this book have relevance today - in educating the public in regards to the judicial process -- even as it is impacted by media bias, etc. ? Secondly - I think the author 'predicted' the exercise of the little known clause in the American judicial system -- "jury nullification" -- does this have a place in our modern U.S. judicial system - to, ostensibly, counter such things as racism in our society?
