is this book dangerous? I'm wondering because van gogh, for one, probably had at least one real, legitimate mental illness, but it seems like the book is of the book is predicated on ignoring or denying that or discounting the likelihood of mental illness in order to recommend following a self-guided path. what's your take?

It's not really the direction that the book takes, and I'd say in conjunction with psychology and trauma-informed material, this book is a great addition!(less)
