Ok I've seen the show. Does Elena end up with Damon in the books? Is Katherine in the books? What other characters from the show are not in the books? Are the Originals in the books? Are the characters the same, eg. Damon's sarcasm, Caroline's OCD? Is the story line extremely different or not so much? And is it actually worth reading the books because I'm only here for more Delena moments.
