Was thinking of getting the audio version of this for my 14 y/o son, but I have an 11 y/o daughter also. Is the content appropriate for her?

Michael Bennett It might be a little much for an 11-year-old. Especially the parts about his early years before prison.

well, so im german and i really wanna read this but im not sure if im good enough in englisch. i mean i read every book in englisch and watch every film in english, too, but i fear that this will be way to complicated for me (Btw im 15, an 8th grader but i am not bad in english but also not perfect..) i really try to higher the language difficulty of my books, but maybe this is too much... can anyone help me ?

He does use some complex words and ideas but he wants you to look things up, be they ideological/historical or linguistic, so you’re perfectly placed to read this given your level. You will likely find the language a challenge at times but Malcolm had an excellent way of making you understand his meaning. Enjoy!(less)
