I'm not trying to make any judgement calls marriage is hard sometimes no matter what. I just have wondered why and especially during the times he was young why would he risk everything, and it easily could have meant his life to marry a White Lady? Romantic and brash yes, but like Romeo and Juliet it could have gone so Wrong. I have dated outside my race but just like a fish may love a bird, but where can we live?

He was married for about 10 years to his first wide and married his second about 10 years after being divorced from the first. He remained married to the second until his death in his mid 90s, so hardly a philanderer.(less)
