Do you like s…moreI can't answer your questions as I don't know what you look for in a manga. Do you like folklore? Do you like a more serious story line? Do you like something that will make you think? If you like those things then this series may be for you. It talks a lot of folklore. The stories can be sad or happy, it really depends on how the legend goes and how the people react to being told what is happening.

I would recommend this to a few of my friends, but not others. I know what they like to read and what they look for though so I could actually give a better opinion. (less)

It is a little bit similar to Natsume's book of friends. Both contains the factors like monster in ordinary life. I found this anime via nihofun.com. Any suggestions on the similar anime to mushishi?
