does anyone have the content page of this book? I'm in desperate need of finding it. I would appreciate it if you could help

Does anyone know of an up to date version of this, with detailed cognitive conceptualization of the "zone", it's frequency in trained players, and cited studies to back all that up ? Because seeing that some olympic athlete arnen't in perpetual zone makes me think that the real zone might not be trainable, although you can achieve a degree of mindfulness during your plays.
