But in the Ontario public libraries, so far I found it only in Toronto PL, in the Reference section though.

But if you meant accessible in the ability of "laymen" to understand it, after having read 2-3 books of Hawking, certainly the "popular" ones, like "The Brief History..." and "The Grand Design" and after having repeated some paragraphs again and again, you would find the books readable to non-astronomers as well.

Sorry for not replying directly to your question though, as I am still searching for this book before deciding to buy it, which turned out to be the eventuality. But I've been following Prof. Seager's works and presentation in the last few months and found out her team's findings are comprehensible to general readers or audiences.(less)
