Why is this included in an email from goodreads.com with the subject line, "New August Books by Authors You've Read?" It was published in 1977! Hardly new. New edition, perhaps, but I don't think that qualifies it as a new book.

It shouldn't be like that, but I get real frustrated myself, when new editions of older books come out, and somehow, the original date of publication gets obscured.

I remember that book, and it was excellent! She is a great presidential historian and author.(less)
