Any Indian readers here who could confirm if the recipes are authentic and not tempered for the western taste? Thinking of gifting this to an Indian friend who would love a book covering the length and breadth of Indian cuisine, but in its absolute authentic form - hot and complicated with all its traditional ingredients. Any inputs would be appreciated.
