I teach stretch and tone with bits of yoga and Pilate's. My classes are for stiff bodies and all over 50's. Pupils have improved their flexibility over a year and enjoy the movements. I take it 80% of these stretches are suitable for aging bodies?

Except for a few stretches that include kneeling, all of the rest are based on gentle movements that attempt to get you to move JUST A BIT farther than you already could, rather than trying to meet some standards. I'm 41 now and I can imagine working with these stretches until close to the end of things(less)
