Try the FODMAP diet. It is tedious to do, but I was successful in finding what foods bothered me.

Also - Stay away from the 5 C's: Coffee (caffeinated), Citrus, Chocolate, Carbonation, and Cocktails. Actually my gastroenterologist told me cocktails were ok, but not to have them with carbonation or citrus fruit drinks. Shots for everybody (LOL).(less)
