Tony's grandfather? My memory is that this book gave evidence about Tony's grandfather's physical abuse of him. I'm rereading to figure it out, but if anyone knows the truth, please let me know!

Ann It was the serial killer who was abused by his grandfather. You have to be very careful with the changes of point of view.

Should I read The Wire in the Blood before I start this one? I've read The Mermaids Singing.
