Can someone tell me where to either find or buy this book? I live in the Netherlands, so I can't really get it from Amazon without expensive shipping costs.

Entertainment professionals might have some copies lying around. Light technicians, gaffers, sound guys, etc. You'll have to ask around.

I'd lend you mine but I'm not ever in the Netherlands.

PS. Some of the information in this book is outdated by now and not everything is applicable in Europe. And all the units are imperial (though there are conversion functions provided). Why do you want this particular book? Maybe I can recommend something better if I know what you're looking for. (less)
