However, I wouldn't use it as my primary source of what tests to select and administer. Use this as a supplement to a more specific reference materials in terms of which tests to administer and score. If you want to know more about the specific neural correlates of psychological function with regards to the brain there is no better source.

As for whether or not you can get its free .pdf form, just do a quick google search. However, I'm sure you can find it's older version on Amazon for really cheap. Plus you are supporting the author's scholarship and contributions to the field, so yeah... (less)
