As an avid fan of Norse mythology, he compiled his research and created this drama. The names of the gods are the German names of Norse gods (i.e. Wotan = Odin), so if you were looking for source material, you'd be better off looking into Norse mythology. However, he did alter some deals for the sake of this story, so there's not one story to start at. (less)
