What happened to Bosch's wife Eleanor Wish? I'm on Chapter 17, of City of Bones and he hasn't mentioned her. I'm reading all the books in order, and she hasn't been mentioned since she left him two books ago ( I think).

When did it take place?

Stace It’s New Years, the 9/11 attacks are mentioned, perhaps as recent history. It was published in 2002 so I’m thinking it starts on 1/1/02
