Sorry, I've been slowly burning through this book and the silver/gold heist section took me an especially long time to get through and I'm utterly confused: I don't understand what the Cabal decided to do really? Why did they run? Why did they say they were "betrayed" by their Arab members when Jack made the decision to blow up any agreement? Why did jack even offer himself up if he wasn't going to through with it?
