I see a lot of bad reviews for this book. I understand some of the objections--I would never seek to manipulate a man. However, the ones who object, I'm have you read the Bible? The Bible doesn't say partner with a husband. It says submit yourselves to him as on to the Lord. It says be in subjection.

I have read the book, and it tells wives to manipulate their husbands by pretending to be stupid, thus making the husbands feel superior. Men are not so insecure that they need constant insincere flattery. I feel sorry for both parties living in the arrangement the author suggests. The book is disgusting.(less)
