I've been considering getting this book for a few years now, but my concern, and my question, is about whether the recipes require a lot of random, hard-to-find ingredients. Do they? I cook quite a bit and have a pretty well-stocked kitchen, but I sometimes find it annoying to have to dig up things that can't be easily found at the normal grocery store.
