I am not new to occult, at least to the occult literature but never tried it seriously due to lack of belief that these crazy stuff work as claimed by the authors. Without wanting to start a debate about veracity of the methods, I would like to know if I could just avail of the information on the book, via "placebo effect", to manifest some "behavioral" changes? Has anyone with rational inclination ever succeeded?
