I don't really mind dark tales. I've read some original Grimm. I usually say I don't like gruesome, but the truth is, I don't like (I REALLY don't like) bodily fluids. I don't want to read about a bucket of spit, or blood spurting, or viscera. I can skip over one or two stories like that, but if the whole books is gross and disgusting, I'll save my money. Can you advise?
