What is going on with this book? I bought this series books 2-6 at a used book store and then I went to buy book 1 on Amazon for kindle and it's only available to "pre-order"....umm book has been out almost ten years!? Then I tried using Amazon to buy used copy of paperback and it won't ship until April! Something fishy is going on here!
