I just bought this book from a 2nd hand book table. It is dangerous leaving me waiting near used books for sale! The reviews/comments vary from very good to poor. It should be intersting. At 25¢ it won't be a great loss if I don't like it, but isn't there something to be learned in every book?

Just over halfway through this book and Archer has bought (through deception) the WRG that Townsend negotiated (Chapter 21). Townsend wasn't at the meeting because the false belief that his mother had a heart attack (Initiated by Archer). How can someone through deception buy something like this. Wouldn't all the legal documents have Archers name within regardless of who signed the documentation?

If they fail to make it clear that men is only getting them as an agent of Kieth Townend the man in question could now own the shares. It relies on a lot of trust but just about possible. I suspect these days they would be way more careful(less)
