This was a heart wrenching story ,it made me feel like they were slave labories.I also saw the movie grapes of wrath starring Henry fonda.,he did a great job in the. Ovi. Is this still going on today ??

Yes it's still happening today, all over the country and it's mostly immigrant workers now.

For good story read about the Coalition of Immokalee Workers who are comprised mostly migrant tomato pickers. 10 years ago there was slave labor in the fields and sexual abuse was rampant. The workers banded together and fought the large companies to the point where now they enjoy some of the best agricultural workers rights in the country.
