My rating is based on my initial thoughts on how the business world is fascinating, by achieving the best from people by identifying their strengths and weaknesses. This means that comprehending this book made it more enjoyable for me as I plan to build a successful career in the business world, and hopefully lead successful teams one day myself. If you would like to improve your presentation/management/business skills this is the perfect book for you, as it is short, sharp, and precise. This book has been given a 4 by me as I’m too young to fully grasp the concept of this book and appreciate the business language within it.
I am not even a leader or a manager so I wouldn't be able to use the advice in reality, at this moment in my life. This book would not be suitable for people who do not want to change their perspective on how they look at the business world and people. This nonfiction book has numerous facts and statements which should be inspiring to any rising manager. However, if you are not looking for change then please keep looking for different books.
