I did not care for this book so I did not finish it. Life is not "school with reading mandatory assignments." Question is this book worth my time?

Now that we are facing the Covid epidemic, is anybody thinking about reading or possibly re-reading this book? I just took my copy off the shelf and plan on re-reading it when I finish what I am currently reading. Do you think our country could learn something from this book?

I have …moreI read this book in 2016 for the first time. It impacted me greatly, not knowing I would be faced with a similar situation in my own lifetime. I have now chosen it for my book group to read next month. I believe it is a book that everyone should read. In leaving a customer review at the tome I read it, my synopsis was basically, we have nothing to fear but fear itself. I still maintain that in 2021. (less)
