people would think that this story doesn't have a problem. yes, the children have their own problems, but that's it.
there's so much more to that, though.
everyone has their own problems- and sometimes its hard to overcome them.
the main character, Lucy, wants to see her mother laugh- Because it makes her and her mother happy. But she also has a problem admitting it to her mother, so her escape route is through writing.
I know this isn't useful, but I thought it would be helpful! (even if its not)(less)
