I was really let down by this book and would like to know if I should continue reading the series as they are sitting on my bookshelf, or whether I will also think it was a waste of time? I enjoyed the 4 previous books.

All the books up to this point were all solid 4's in my opinion, what made this book go down to a 3?

Is there a hardcover version of this book published by Tor with this specific artwork for the cover? I've found all of them from Tor so far with this artwork for the cover except this book. I'd hate to have to get it from a different publisher. I like my series to be from the same publisher with the same artwork, if possible.
