There are a few different meanings. I know of three possible combinations:
“Beatrice Sank”: In reference to the fate of the boat the Baudelaire’s were traveling off of the island on.
“A Brae Snicket”: In reference to Lemony Snicket’s time spent as a “Brae Man” in the mountains
“Bear a Snicket”: Kit Snicket bore a child. Bore a Snicket
I think the main meaning is the Beatrice Sank, but the other two less revealing meanings can be inferred as well. Hope that helps. Feel free to come up with your own theories as well. The world is quiet here. (less)
