Jennifer Technically, it is a stand alone. However, It does takes place after the third book from her Wicked series. Not to mention, it mentions stuff that hap…moreTechnically, it is a stand alone. However, It does takes place after the third book from her Wicked series. Not to mention, it mentions stuff that happened in the Wicked series, including stuff Envy did. It could be read without the other series without feeling too lost. I would still recommend her other books first. It helps build the world better.(less)

I checked this book out from the library but now I'm realizing that it might come after another series (KOTW?) - would I get spoilers for the other series if I read this one first? Thanks!

I realized that her other series KOTW was before this- i don’t think it spoils much- I mean you’ll know things but you won’t know why or how they happened. I think once I read KOTW I will make sense of things from TOTF. I liked that I read this first since I did enjoy it so now I’m excited to read the other series and the next book! (less)
