Who wrote the summary for this book? Specifically the line, "...the ultimate general, the *penultimate* killing machine." I think i'm not incorrect in stating that the person who wrote this summary doesn't know the meaning of "penultimate", unless this story is about the second to last killing machine ever to exist, or something. Why not write about the last killing machine?

Liz Oneill The back cover talks about the ultimate killing machine & the penultimate general. They just switched modifiers.
