There was a book "The Invisible Imam (Assassin's Creed #1) " - but it was cancelled, so it's not to be published. So those don't actually count. It was supposed to be a trilogy but never happened.

Coffee Yes the book had quite a bit of romance but not much kissy-touchy-feely parts

However its the prostitution and sex that isn't really appropriate for this age bracket. The Renaissance book is mostly inuendo (though does involve sexual acts between the main character with three different women during the course of the story. Once it is implied that sex will be had between the main character and multiple women). The next book was explicit and not at all appropriate for children.(less)

The one I listened to (https://youtu.be/nPxjOfncBNI) was okay, not fantastic. He uses a variety of accents from the UK instead of any italian accents but if that sort of thing doesn't bother you then you should give it a shot
