Who was the murderer was of the two fisherman and the woman? Can someone clue me in as the book ended so abruptly that it left me wishing I hadn't wasted time reading it. Thanks

He was an uncle to Car…moreAt the very end of the story the murder confessed to Carlo on the boat right before the storm hit. I think his name was Victor. He was an uncle to Carlo I think which is why Carlo didn’t follow up on the anonymous tip. Victor also knew the girl worked for the police and not a banker. That is why Victor tried to kill the kill but Carlo stopped him and got injured in the fight. (less)
