Did anyone else find everything Michael said while he was in the coffin to be the exact opposite of what a normal person would have said? The conversations with Davey mainly. 'What were the names of the guys in the van?' seriously? It was obviously his friends.... How about 'HELP ME I'M BURIED IN A COFFIN YOU HALF WIT!' (no offense intended)

A normal person fighting for fresh air would surely have some very basic things on the top of his mind. (less)

I have read 2 books in this series, #1 and #4. Both have the storyline about Roy's missing wife Sandy, and both the books don't tell what happened to Sandy. Does the mystery of Sandy's disappearance ever get resolved?
