Linda In Kentucky on a fictitious mountain in the Appalachians, in an area recently strip-mined for coal.

How do I fix this book from coming up as "0" (zero) pages in the android app, anyway? One cannot post progress. This copy has 278 pages for the story, then a flyleaf text which I presume doesn't count. I am on page 25..
