Since I just read it, there is no explicit sexual acts (especially between Vin and Elend) but there is more implied with Straff and his mistresses. Straff is often framed by the author in the scene with some sort of 'mistress' content to show his sexual appetite and reasons for it. There is also mention of breeding by a certain group of people that shows the Lord Ruler's brutal rule.

Definitely nothing more saucy than like a Friends episode.(less)

It could have been anyone in the keep, not necessarily one of the inner circle. Plans still had to be made. But I did think it odd that Vin kept putting off investigating and that Elend wasn't a little more cagey about important details before the investigation was complete.(less)

It is confusing for sure and I'm sure you could find 20 page essays explaining it in detail. To keep it simple the Cosmere is Brandon Sanderson's universe. Within the Cosmere are various planets and solar systems just like in our universe. The Stormlight Archives takes place on the planet Roshar in the Rosharan solar system. Warbreaker takes place on planet Nalthian in the Nalthian system. Elantris takes place on planet Sel in the Selish solar system, Mistborn is on planet Scadrial in the Scadiran system. Some of his stories take place in different parts of the same planet but the majority of his large novels/series are in different parts of the Cosmere. The timeline is very confusing but not super important. To keep it simple as a new reader I recommend assuming every series is independent of each other with the exception of Stormlight Archives which starts to mix them. It is possible for characters to move from one world to another but I won't get into spoilers. If you have more questions or want some clarification feel free to respond to this answer and I am happy to help!(less)
