Does anybody have a reasonably priced copy of this book? Can't get it in any of the bookstores in the North West, and it is too expensive on Amazon. If you have a copy, please let me know, and we can sort out a payment arrangement. Thanks.

It took some waiting, but a couple of libraries put up their copy on amazon for less than 10 dollars, so I was able to get my copy after some 2 years of having this book wishlisted.(less)
