It's so simple and amusingly obscure that we ignore the aspect of lives which is most important for its sustenance, love. These songs teach you about that and if I have the liberty, I must say that all emotions are distorted forms of love. And Guruji (as Rabindranath Tagore was or is fondly called) reflects on that aspect without mentioning it explicitly and how we can find joy in our lives. I hope this helps.(less)
