What's the difference between the Perfect Edition and the old volumes?

Tasha The Perfect Editions are omnibus (2-in-1) editions, so there will be 9 of them for the whole series, rather than 18 of the old volumes.

Something I've been wondering about for a while... I never bought this volume of the re-issue (because I already own the original first two English publications) but would I still need it in order to complete the collection? (Damn OCD!)
