(A Long Way From Chicago) Honestly, I'm in seventh grade and the book has been a piece of cake for me. Pretty much every book is these days.

There isn't really any swearing or inappropriate references, but some vocabulary is difficult, but the book is only about 150 pages.

I would rate the book anywhere from a fifth grade reading level for accelerated kids, and all the way to 8th or 9th grade for not very strong students.(less)
