The Yen Press site says the *new* release date is 12/23/2025 -- which is incredibly frustrating as they were on a yearly timeline up until the later volumes. Of course, it is reason enough to believe this may just not happen because it doesn't take ten years from the publication of the last volume to produce another volume, especially since they were doing so on a yearly timeline for the first few.

This could just mean they are holding on to their rights to produce the manga but don't consider it profitable at this time and therefore aren't putting money into it. Of course, ten years is also a long time (and this is pure guessing and not fact) but they may need a new artist, or have some kind of contract with the artist but she's not able to work on it right now. When it comes to the artist speculation there's not a whole lot known. She hasn't made any other works and from what I know doesn't have a social presence to search for answers.

If another three years sounds like a long time (trust me I get it I would pre-order these books back in the day) there is one site claiming the publication date is 19 Oct 2022 but since Yen Press is pushing another story I don't think it will hold water. (https://www.bookdepository.com/Maximu...)
