This week I am reading it again. There is so much good information in this book that I will most likely read it again and again. It takes a slow read, contemplation, patience, and desire for changing old habits and patterns we have carried around with us since infancy. It takes a willing mind and heart and an openness to the possibility of becoming a new person.(less)
