So...I'm interested in starting this series, but how heavy is it on the romance part? I'm an avid reader of urban fantasy, but as soon as it gets all twilighty I'm out. Which is why I end up mostly reading male lead urban fantasy (Jim Butcher, Craig Schaefer, Richard Kadrey, Ben Aaronovich, Benedict Jacka and so on), where romantic entanglements are usually just a minor subplot at best.
