Unbelievable, I cannot find this book anywhere for less than $ 45. There is an ebook version on Kobo but i have an issue with ebooks. Anyone who can help?

Flash Sheridan Amazon US seems to stock the British paperback at a reasonable price; my usual sfnal booksellers didn’t seem to stock new copies.

The preface to the centennial edition says it owes its existence to the Newspad and its imitator the iPad, but I couldn't find a Kindle edition.
Even odder, the British Interplanetary Society (which one would have thought an impeccable source) said a Kindle edition was available:
