Have you ever read a good book of classic Japanese literature? If not this is the one you should think of reading. Very enjoyable and also very funny.

The final scene may be added by the author who had reluctant to continue the already long story,though,that you will find the ideology of Buddhism effective to live along in Japan,disastrous Meiji-Taisho era.The most famous portrait of Soseki Natume was taken in the moaning of the lost Meiji Emperor. Is there anyone who could tell that the cat had died unhappily?
