You can tell mo…moreEach set of 3 are generally a run through. What I mean by that is there are either the same type of bad guy, same people or same area. You can tell mostly by the titles the first are about Shadows, stealing pieces to make a whole, the truth hidden, or someone coming out of hiding etc. Next is the Evil trilogy, then the Fear trilogy.
Simply, you can read them out of order because each book is complete. The line that flows through them all (Noah Bishop) is better understood if it's in order, but it won't hurt your enjoyment of the stories. Later on it will confuse you if you read the sets of three out of order.(less)
