Is it a fantasy book! Based on the premise, it doesn't sound like fantasy. Also, recommended age and content warnings?

I wouldn't call it fantasy because most of it is very rooted in reality. I don't know about age level. There is one sexual encounter, but it is not described it any kind of detail. There are some passages of lesbian attraction, though.(less)
