Terry Hayden also brutally murdered the boy he spent a few years with spoiling him and then put him in Mathews bed. What a sicko!

When and where did David and Cheryl get together? When Rachel comes to the prison he recalls meeting her at her NJ home when he met the family Junior year at Amherst. However later when in Revere he talks about losing his virginity to Cheryl in Revere and I believe there were references to them in high school together. I am pretty sure he would have met her parents before then.

How you avoid meeting a little sister when you literally live in the same town is beyond me. I still enjoyed the book. (less)
