I looked up the name of the school on Google and some international school websites - no where to be found. So I wonder if the school really existed or if she changed the name to protect certain people. Did it really exist? Having said that, I worked in Kuwait and experienced all the same things as cheating, absenteeism, teachers who did nothing, teachers who disappeared, incompetent admin so that was all correct.

Ruth Dresher-Brown Twead states in the back of the book the city name and school name were changed for privacy concerns.
